  • Before arriving into the waiting room for an office visit or physical therapy appointment, patients and visitors will also be required to have their temperature checked.
  • Patients will be limited to one individual guest during their office visit or physical therapy appointment. If you have already made plans to have more than one other person in attendance please call Raleigh Orthopaedic at (919) 781-5600 for approval.

In addition, if you have recently traveled to, or been in close contact with someone who has traveled to a high-risk area per the CDC in the last 14 days; or have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath – please contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment or surgery. If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, the CDC recommends you contact your primary health care provider.

As a reminder, Raleigh Orthopaedic Urgent Care locations are for patients who need urgent or acute orthopaedic care such as recent fractures, traumas and patients with rapidly deteriorating symptoms. Our urgent care locations do not specialize in cold and flu symptoms and you should contact your primary health care provider.

Raleigh Orthopaedic has been part of the Wake County community for more than 100 years, and we are grateful for the understanding of our patients and for our hospital partners who are on the front lines of this global pandemic.
